UOB Venture Management Private Limited (UOBVM), one of Singapore's leading venture capital firms, is the wholly-owned venture capital subsidiary of UOB. Established in 1992, UOBVM manages a family of funds and provides financing to unlisted companies through direct equity investment. Our private equity investment activities span Asia and the USA. The firm currently manages more than S$450 million since inception in committed capital from institutional and individual investors.
