Open COE: message prompts when user logon to OCOE.
Note:You may encounter message prompts when you logon to your Open COE (OCOE). These message prompts are pertaining to your latest Java installation.
1. At the OCOE login page, you may encounter a message prompt (shown below) before you can enter your Access Code, PIN and OTP.
2. Please select the checkbox “Do not show this again...” and click the “Run” button.
3. Enter your Access Code, PIN and OTP. You may use OCOE as per normal.
Important Note: If you’re using Internet Explorer 6 and Java version 7 update 21/25, you may be required to upgrade to the below specifications. Please kindly contact our Call Centre for further assistance. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
