    Track the real-time movement of your client’s funds and account balances in the UOB Conveyancing Account through UOB Business Internet Banking.

  • Comprehensive Reports
    Apart from a monthly statement of accounts, daily reports showing the details of property transactions may be downloaded or printed from UOB Business Internet Banking to facilitate reconciliation of your accounts.

Requirements
& fees

  • UOB Conveyancing Account is only available to Singapore law firms.
  • No minimum initial deposit requirement for account opening.
  • No minimum average daily balance requirement.
  • No account closure fee for account closed within six months of account opening.
  • MAS Electronic Payment System (MEPS) charges for payment of stamp duties from conveyancing accounts to the Commissioner of Stamp Duties will be waived.
    • Please note the cut-off time for such MEPS payments: 3.00pm on Mondays to Fridays (working days only). For instructions received after 3.00pm, the MEPS payments will be effected on the following day.
  • Fees* will be applicable on each unique pay-in transaction file reference. For more information on the applicable fees, please contact:

Deposit Insurance Scheme
Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors and monies and deposits denominated in Singapore dollars under the Supplementary Retirement Scheme are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$50,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law.

Singapore Dollar deposit(s), as listed in the UOB/FEB Insured Deposits Register (a copy of which is available here), if held by or for an “insured depositor” and subject to the applicable provisions of the Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners' Protection Schemes Act 2011 of Singapore (“Act”), is insured under the Deposit Insurance Scheme up to the limits for the time being specified in the Act. “Insured depositor” has the meaning prescribed in the Act.
