Under the UOB Life Corporate Insurance Programme, you may consider the following type of group insurance plans:

Group Term Life Assurance
- Pays upon the death of the employee
- Pays up upon total and permanent disability of the employee
- This plan offers a choice of attaching riders such as:
  - Critical Life Assurance rider^{^} that pays upon diagnosis of any one of 30 specified critical conditions or illnesses; or
  - Disability Income rider^{^} that pays an income upon total and permanent disability of an employee; or
  - Personal Accident Insurance rider^* that pays upon accidental death or dismemberment
Group Hospital and Surgical Insurance
- Reimburses expenses incurred from basic hospitalisation or surgery including day surgery incurred by the employee
- This plan offers a choice of attaching riders such as:
  - Major medical insurance rider^# which gives added security against major medical expenses that may exceed the basic Group Hospital & Surgical Insurance; or
  - Personal Accident Insurance rider^* that pays upon accidental death or dismemberment

Requirements

Corporations with at least 5 permanent, full-time, actively-at-work employees, who are below age 59 upon 1^st entry and to be covered up to a maximum age of 67
