Benefits

• Letter of Credit Advice
  • You will receive notification of your export LCs advised through UOB.
• Inward Bills
  • You will receive notification of all inward bills (both LC and non-LC) for settlement to enable you to better manage your cash flow.
• Incoming Trade Receipts
  • You will receive notification of your export receipts to enable you to better manage your cash flow.
• Letter of Credit Issuance
  • You will receive notification of your import LC issued to enable you to follow up with your supplier for shipment.
• Account Balance
  • You will receive notification of your account balance twice a day, once in the morning and another in the afternoon, so that you know your available funds for disbursements and investments.
• Account Balance Below Threshold
  • When your account balance falls below the threshold amount, you will receive notification twice a day, once in the morning and another in the afternoon. This enables you to make timely decisions to manage your account and disbursements so that you will always have sufficient funds in your account.
• Incoming Funds
  • You will receive notification of Inward Telegraphic Transfers (whether from overseas or Singapore), transfers from another UOB account and all trade credits at various intervals throughout the day, exceeding the threshold amount, up to five times a day. We will also notify you of the transaction reference number for incoming trade credits. This saves you time and effort when it comes to monitoring your incoming funds.
• Debit Notification
  • You will receive notification of any debits from your account exceeding the threshold amount at various intervals throughout the day, up to five times a day. This helps you manage your cash outflows with greater certainty.
• Return of Cheques Deposited

  • For SGD and US dollar (USD) cheques* deposited into your account that have been returned, you will receive notifications to facilitate follow-up with the issuer of the cheques.

• To apply for UOB eAlerts!, you require a corporate Current Account in any currency offered by UOB Group in Singapore and a Singapore-registered mobile number. You need to have approved trade credit facility with UOB to apply for Trade alerts service.
